Withdrawal & Returns

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

How returns work:

  1. Send an email to Service@evomond.com with your order ID and your wish to withdraw.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label – VaultGaming covers the return shipping costs.
  3. Send the device in its original packaging to: Wagman, Alter-Göbricher-Weg 21b, 75177 Pforzheim.
  4. After inspection, we will refund the full purchase price without delay, at the latest within 14 days.
